Effective March 1st, the operating hours of Spa at The Colonnade will be Tuesday through Saturday from 10:00 to 6:00. Appointments can be made outside of those business hours, but must be arranged in advance.

Therapeutic Massage

This technique utilizes several modalities to address the unique needs of various parts of the body ~ deep tissue releases tight muscles, gentle Swedish effleurage for sore areas & Myofacial for arthritic areas. Also beneficial for fibromyalgia. Overall result...relaxation and rejuvenation heaven! This technique is a therapeutic treatment that yields healing results over time. This class in being created out of the many request from clients to be able to help their spouses and loved ones on demand! Touch is also the corner stone of solid relationships and healthy communication. Class includes basic instruction of Deep tissue & Swedish techniques, best practices and contraindications.

Guided imagery has become a common practice for stress reduction. Come and explore the healing potential within your own mind. Sessions includes a basic breathing exercise while gently guided to serene places of relaxation through mental visualization. Journal writing is encouraged. Participants are welcome to share revelations with the group.
