Peter M. Hello Amy, First, I'd like to express my sincere appreciation for what a wonderful job Duane and Steve, Edwin and the rest of the staff performed for our rehearsal dinner. We received, or I should say Alize'e received, wonderful reviews from all our guests about the food and wine and the desserts. I'd like to also mention that Duane especially was so helpful and patient in arranging the seating for our dinner party, and and making sure that everything was in order. And, his wine selections were great. I'd like to thank you and Tammy again for making our special evening so special. Lastly, thank you so much for the gift of the bottle of wine. That was very thoughtful. We will keep Alize'e as our first choice next time we come down to Baltimore. Danny H. Mr. Nyitrai and Ms. O'Connell, I just wanted to take a minute and inform each of you that your hotel and staff are by far one of the best in the business and with myself being a frequent business traveler around the Baltimore area I just wanted to say thank you and keep up the great work at your hotel. I didn't know where I would be staying upon arriving in the city last week and definitely did not expect to have a hotel of your level as my destination for a few days. Everyone was as friendly as possible and I would just like to say thank you. I have completed all of the surveys and all they usually send stating how nice of a hotel you are maintaining there. Thank you for making me feel comfortable as possible in your hotel. Keep up the great work. Darlene S. Thank you for your quality service, your hospitality, and your
steadfast dedication and commitment to your customers/guests. This is
one of those times when "thank you" falls short, but please accept my
heartfelt gratitude for your contribution in making the Multi-Cycle
Treasury TAC Meeting successful. It has been a pleasure working with you and I look forward to working with you more in the future. Sincerely, Darlene Ps. I will be sending a package of HST memorabilia for you to distribute amongst yourselves and to those who served on your team during our event. Donna B. Dear Mr. Nyitrai, My husband had surgery this past Thursday, for which we came to Baltimore. His doctor's office gave us a list of nearby hotels and when we asked for the staff's first choice, we were told to try the Inn and Spa at the Colonnade. Both of us are so glad we took their advice. Our entire experience surpassed any expectation we could have had. Milton the manager graciously welcomed us and went the extra mile to make us completely comfortable during our stay. I don't know if your staff is exceptionally well-trained or if you hire only the best, or some combination of the two. At any rate, absolutely everyone we encountered during our entire visit was exceptionally gracious and welcoming while also managing to be quite efficient. We of course spent a lot of time in our room, so we spoke with wait staff bringing the in-room dining, the very kind ladies in housekeeping, the capable people who carted my husband around in a wheelchair, the gentleman in charge of valet parking, even the gracious lady who waited on me in Gifford's! I do not offer this praise lightly. I travel in my job and have stayed in many different hotels, but I must say that, regardless of price, I have never stayed in a more pleasant place. I had never before stayed in a DoubleTree Hotel, but I certainly plan to try other locations in other cities. I, of course, thanked Milton for the exceptional hospitality of his hotel, but I also want to bring this to your attention. I know that attitudes come from the top down and I also know that it takes a lot of hard work to ensure a staff so uniformly excellent. Thank you. I am quite certain we will stay at your hotel again and I will enthusiastically recommend it to my friends and family. | |||
